Don't know where to start? Defining your individual or organization's purpose will create the perfect foundation from which all other activities originate. Using our proven format, we will start by conducting 1:1 interviews with staff (as well as customers and partners where appropriate). This will give us insight into your unique characteristics. Using a group format, we will introduce the insights discovered in the purpose interviews, and actively engage in a discussion about the learnings. The Purpose Workshop itself takes 3-4 hours. The outcome of the Purpose Workshop are refined purpose territories and a recommendation on a Purpose Statement that could be used to guide future brand, marketing and communications executions.
