An online Irish retailer had all of the makings of a successful business- a thriving Amazon store, a profitable website, great products and a desire to stand out, but the owner didn’t know how to position his business for transformational growth.


SOLUTION:

We helped Biddy Murphy tell their unique story by differentiating their identity, defining brand guidelines and carefully crafting their communications framework to focus the story. The brand was brought to life using their CEO as the brand’s authentic Irish storyteller and connecting with customers through their clearly defined brand purpose: Sharing the joy of Ireland through authentic Irish goods, gifts and experiences. We updated their website and have seen a dramatic increase in year-over-year sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. Incredible!
